A true multi-hyphenate, she has the proven ability to communicate and influence across strategy ideation, retail experience, activations and events, fixture design, product development, and global retail business management.
With a decade in the fashion industry; first at Canada Goose and more recently at Marc Jacobs. On the Commercial Leadership Team at Marc Jacobs, Grier leads the Retail & Wholesale Brand Experience, overseeing all elements of client experience, activations, client events, training & development and the retail content creator program. While at Marc Jacobs she created the now viral sensation, Bark Jacobs, offering clients custom hand-painted pet portraits by local artists on Marc Jacobs handbags in stores. An initiative that resulted in signficant new customer acquisition for the brand.
Formerly at Canada Goose on the Global Retail team, Grier was a key leader in the rapid expansion of the department, opening 27 brick-and-mortar stores globally. She created the brands global customization program, client events and activations, in-store scent and branded candle, and has led the retail launches for a roster of Special Projects with collaborators. Most excitingly, Grier led the concept development of their Cold Room experience, recognized by Fast Company as the Best Retail Experience of the year in 2018.
