A true multi-hyphenate, she has the proven ability to communicate and influence across strategy ideation, retail experience and fixture design, product development and global retail business management.
Her career began in finance and investment banking before pivoting to bring her expertise to the retail business; first as an independent consultant before landing at Canada Goose. On the Global Strategy team, Grier worked to craft the China market entry strategy and execution plan, laying the groundwork for Canada Goose’s second largest market capture, second only to their Canadian business.
Now, in Global Retail, Grier has been a key leader in the rapid expansion of the department, opening 27 brick-and-mortar stores globally. She drove the concept development for their global customization program, in-store scent and branded candle, and has led the retail launches for a roster of Special Projects with collaborators such as Henry Poole, OVO, FDNY and Junya Wantanabe. Most excitingly, Grier led the concept development and build of their Cold Room experience, recognized by Fast Company as the Best Retail Experience of the year in 2018.
